Director and Owner
Rebecca Wenig
Dancing from the age of 3 and singing from the age of 11, Rebecca has trained with Albright Studios, and The Melbourne Conservatorium (university of Melbourne). With over 20 years of experience, Rebecca began her teaching at the school 10 years ago and has recently (January 2022) taken over Directorship and ownership of Albright Studios.
Rebecca’s credits include; Hugh Jackman Australian tour 2015, Melbourne Cup ball 2016, Beauty and the beast in the role of ‘Belle’(LHAGS), multiple solos at over 30 performances around Victoria with the Australian girls choir, Annie in the role of ‘grace’ (LHAGS), participating in many performances at the Melbourne Recital Center, whilst majoring in Opera and classical singing at the Melbourne Conservatorium of Music, & Diploma in Theatrical and Performing Arts Teaching through COMDANCE.
Rebecca is passionate about imparting not just the technical aspects but also the joy of dance to her students. With a profound commitment to sharing her expertise in choreography, vocal training, and dance technique, she endeavors to instill in her students not only the skills but also a genuine love for performing.
In her role as Director, Rebecca has crafted a warm, welcoming, and inclusive environment for everyone under her guidance. Her goal is to cultivate a space where each student feels valued and empowered to explore their potential. As she nurtures their artistic growth, Rebecca aspires to foster a sense of community and enthusiasm.
